Scott was great during our home buying process. He went out of his way to come up with ways for us to be competitive and secure a home for our family during an intensely hot market. Not only that, we purchased sight unseen and Scott went above and beyond by traveling to the home for us to handle our appointments for us before and AFTER closing since we were stationed in a different part of the country at the time of purchase. We highly recommend Scott! Thank you for everything you have done for us!

I was a first time home buyer with very little knowledge of the home buying process. However, I had a house in mind I was avid I wanted. Scott showed me around the house I wanted and let me know of other places in the area I might be interested in based off the house I loved. He was always extremely responsive and helpful during the entire process from showing through closing and even after. He has a background in heating and cooling and identified an issue with the setup of the heating/cooling unit in the house I was buying and helped me correct it. Having Scott as my realtor was like having a best friend help me through a very detailed process. It felt like he always had my best interests in mind and wanted me to be happy and confident in my home purchase. If you're a first time home buyer, Scott is awesome and will always be there to answer even the smallest question you have essentially any time of day. He puts you in contact with great lenders, home inspectors, and home insurers. I do thorough research and I looked outside his suggestions and could not find better. He is friendly and makes you feel at ease throughout the home buying process.
