Theresa is a superb realtor who is an expert in all facets of the job. We bought our house from her in 2007 and just sold it for more than we paid. The price point was spot-on and fair. She is a consummate professional who gives sound advice and timely feedback. Not only did she look out for the needs for our tenants, but she was firm during negotiations and made sure our interests were looked out for. If you are looking for a buying or selling agent, do yourself a favor and look her up...you won't regret it.
