Cynthia was my hero! I was in a tight spot where my first time renting a house I owned was not going to plan. My house is managed by a different property manager. Unfortunately for me, the house sat on the market for over two months. As I searched for a different property manager, I found Cynthia. Such a blessing at the right time. Cynthia took time out of her busy schedule to look at my house and discuss options. She is extremely knowledgeable. I learned so much from her. What impressed me the most was her genuine care for me. She was not concerned about what money she could make, but truly about what was going to be best for me. We came up with a plan and listed my house for sale. She said if it sales, it sales. If it rents, it rents. Our goal was not for me to have an extra mortgage. Cynthia put a lot of work into listing the house and even showing it a few times. Magically my property manager became more responsive and found a renter within a week of the house listing. Cynthia was happy for me and took the house off the market. She helped me in a tight spot and I will always be grateful. She will be my go-to realtor in the future.

Cynthia, not only is a realtor/ landlord… This woman has a loving heart and cares a lot for her tenants. Our family loves the home that she leased to us and one day she gave us some disturbing news! She promised us that she would do her best to let us continue to stay in the home due to the fact that the owners wanted to sell the house. Cynthia went far and beyond and gave us the best Mothers Day new!!!! She said that we can continue to stay in the home long as you are pleased!!! This woman is a blessing from the heavens! Thank you for everything that you’ve done!!!
